The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, business name and contact details, email and phone).
- Specific business data relating to staff and their roles and responsibilities, sales performance, financial performance and staff performance metrics. Psychometric data.
- Business planning and strategic planning documentation.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Newsletter sign up, filling an enquiry form about our services, enabling us to deliver the contractual services
We use the information that you have given us in order to keep track of your requirements in relation to the services, deliver the contractually agreed services, send updates about the latest products and services and information that is of interest in discharging the services and on an ongoing basis.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in the cloud (Microsoft One Drive), on internal PC drives and external Hard Drives. Hardware is securely stored in locked premises. Paper records are secured in locked cabinets in locked premises. We use the latest version of third party AV software to prevent malware , trojan horse attacks, ransomware, etc
We keep email data for newsletter opt ins indefinitely or until an unsubscribe email has been received. We keep company data (staff, financial, sales, psychometric, business and strategy plans) in order to deliver the services . We dispose of the data when both parties have agreed that they no longer wish to work together or there is a change or circumstances which prevents the relationship from continuing. We will then dispose your information by incineration of paper records , delete from the cloud or the internal / external hard drives.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
